Four ways to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee

All eyes will be on London this summer thanks to the Olympics and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. If you are planning a visit, here’s how to celebrate.

Royal diamonds

Be dazzled by the Crown Jewels re-presented in the Jewel House at the Tower of London (facilitated by Forevermark). There is also a special exhibition of the Queen’s diamonds at Buckingham Palace (June 30th – October 7th).

Take tea

Is there anything more British than taking tea? Many London hotels are offering a special Diamond Jubilee tea for the occasion, while iconic department store Fortnum & Mason has renamed its fourth floor restaurant the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon.

Stephen Webster

You can find the Stephen Webster bridal collection featuring Forevermark diamonds at the designer’s Mount Street shop, or see his stunning contribution to the Brilliant diamond exhibition at the Masterpiece London show (June 28th – July 4th).

Ballgowns at the V&A

Royal ballgowns will be among the spectacular dresses on show at the Victoria & Albert Museum until January 6th 2013.
