Forevermark Diamond Grading
While you can have confidence that every Forevermark diamond is beautiful, rare and responsibly sourced, jewelers are able to offer further assurance through a certified grading report. A Forevermark Grading Report is an accurate assessment of your diamond’s unique qualities: its cut, clarity, color and carat weight.
Forevermark diamonds are graded at the Forevermark Diamond Institute in Antwerp, Belgium, the internationally renowned center of diamond excellence. As part of the De Beers group, our experts draw on 120 years of diamond expertise, as well as cutting-edge bespoke technology and grading processes.
The passport-sized report includes all your diamond’s technical 4Cs details, its unique inscription number, and a bespoke security hologram for assurance that the report is valid and genuine.
Please note that all Forevermark diamonds over 1/2 carat come with a Forevermark Grading Report. Grading Reports may be requested for Forevermark diamonds in lower carat weights. Please check with your nearest Authorized Forevermark Jeweler, who will be able to help with inquiries about grading.

This certificate is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. This certificate contains a description of the characteristics of the diamond based on Forevermark's grading, testing, examination and analysis, using Forevermark techniques and equipment at the time of examination. A similar certificate provided by a third party laboratory may differ from this one depending on when, how and by whom the diamond is examined, and the changes and improvements in techniques and equipment that may have occurred between the two examinations. Forevermark has provided this certificate for a small fee compared to the present and potential value of the diamond referred to because it is able to limit Forevermark's liability as follows:
FOREVERMARK AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE, OR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, STATUTORY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, RESULTING FROM ANY ERROR OR OMISSION FROM THIS CERTIFICATE OR FROM THE ISSUANCE OR USE OF THIS CERTIFICATE, EVEN IF THE LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE WAS CAUSED BY FOREVERMARK, ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, OR BY THE ACTS OF OTHERS EVEN IF THEY WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The above limitation of liability extends to the person for whom this certificate was prepared and to every other person to whom this certificate is distributed or shown.
